1. Rated capacity: 120 liters (5.8KG), the deviation between the actual capacity and the rated capacity should be within 0~5% positive deviation. Dimensions: Length 560mm * Width 480mm ±20 * Height 920mm (without lid), height with lid: 940mm. Thickness requirements: Lid ≥ 3.2mm, bottom ≥ 4.2mm, wall thickness ≥ 4.0mm. Barrel body ≥ 5.8kg, lid ≥ 0.6kg, hollow shaft ≥ 0.25kg, wheels ≥ 1.6kg; total weight with lid and axle ≥ 8.25KG. Material: New high-density polyethylene (HDPE).

2. Product requirements:

(1) Appearance performance: Smooth and flat surface, free from bubbles, ripples, impurities, pinholes, black spots, or cracks. The color of the plastic garbage bin body and lid should be consistent for the same batch, and there should be no obvious deformation at the closing parts.

(2) The product is made of over 95% new high-density polyethylene (HDPE) material, formed by one-time injection molding, with high-quality reinforcement, UV resistance agents, and color pigments to ensure bright colors and long-lasting fade resistance. The aging resistance of the barrel should comply with GB/T 16422.2 requirements, with sufficient mechanical strength and good impact toughness.

(3) The barrel body features a longitudinal concave design on all four sides, enhancing toughness, load-bearing capacity, and stability. Reinforced ribs are provided at the barrel opening and both sides.
